All the quoted postage costs include both postage and packaging. We will always try to keep postage costs to a minimum, and postage is based on the total weight of the items purchased in one sale.
Items are generally sent for dispatch within 1 or 2 working days and our UK shipping costs are based on 1st class mail or 24-48 hour CityLink courier depending upon the total weight of items bought and destination. Please note some deliveries may require a signature, so if you are unable to be in, please advise. Postage costs listed are UK mainland and N.Ireland postal addresses only. Oversea purchasers some countries are already loaded to quote for orders, but if not please contact us prior to purchase and we will come back to you with a quote. Items sent outside of the EU may be subject to Customs charges and any relevant import or customs charge levied will be the responsibilty of the purchaser. Please check all items once received as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or items missing once 7 days after receipt has passed.
Payment terms:-
We only accept the following payment methods, Credit/debit card payment(online, via Paypal or over the phone), Postal Orders, or cheques(which require 3-4 days clearance).
If you are happy with your purchase and feel that the transaction has gone well, perhaps you would write a small review on the item so others may share your experience. If there is a problem with your item please contact us and we will do our very best to help.
Returns:
We are happy to exchange or refund items if advised within 7 days of receipt of the purchase providing they are still in the same condition as received. Please email us at Returns@styalways.co.uk for a returns number. You then have a further 30 days to return the item for exchange or refund. Failure to advise us within the 7 days after receipt or return an item without a returns number may mean the item not being accepted for refund or exchange. Please do not remove any labels or destroy any packaging until you are happy with the goods. Faulty goods will be refunded/Exchanged only after inspection. However, please do try to order the correct size/Colour etc, as we cannot guarantee to have other replacement sizes/colours etc in stock and any returns or exchanges will incur extra postage costs to be paid by the purchaser. If you are purchasing the item for Christmas, then please advise us when purchasing, as we will allow returns on Christmas items up to the 15th January, if purchased after 15th November.
Refunds are available as long as the item is returned in the original condition with labels etc, and that you have notified us by email to returns@styalways.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. Please ensure you put a note with the items to be returned stating name, address and reason for return. Please note all postage costs for returning the item to us must be met by the purchaser. Any item not returned with manufacturers wrapping, labels or in a poor condition may be subject to an admin charge. We can arrange for collection of items, but any associated costs must be met by the purchaser.
