Styalways Horse & Pony Stud Farm
Styalways has been breeding quality show ponies and horses since 1998. Until recently our horse stud farm was based in Styal, Cheshire, however, we have now moved to Doddington, Near March in Cambridgeshire. Just off the A141. With easy access to A14, M11, A1. We have successfully competed nationally in a wide range of classes such as sports horse/pony, riding pony breeding, show hunter, part bred arab and part bred welsh obtaining Championships at all levels. By moving to a new area, we hope to be able to expand our horse and pony stud farm and produce many more successful horses and show ponies for the ring.
Styalways being a relatively new horse stud is only now passing on stock for sale. In 2006 we have continued our successes in the show ring with one of our stallions taking championships at PUK West Midlands and Leicester County amongst others. The season finished for us when the same Stallion, Hardwickview Moneyman, became JLS Duval Supreme Champion at Ponies UK summer champs, and qualified for supreme of show. This took his prize money total for the year to over £1200, from only a handful of pony shows. We also recently took a number of 1st places with our stock at the National Foal Show 2006 with all foals taken to their first show, winning in Hack, show pony and partbred classes. All these foals are now for sale, and at our 1st show in 2007, NCPA Newark, Northern Star was 1st Riding pony yearling and 2nd in the any age/any height Part bred class while Hardwickview Cashman, in his 1st show, was 1st NPS homeproduced Riding pony. At Leicester county we had a 1st Part bred Arab with Styalways the Emperor and a 2nd Riding pony yearling with Styalways Northern Star.Maraday Matahari was Supreme in-Hand champion in her only outing of 2007 so far at Feland Arab and Styalways Illusion on her only outing in 2007, was 1st Riding Horse at the East of England show.
We have 2 stallions standing at Public stud for 2007, as well as producing Youngstock for sale from our own quality mares each year. Visitors are always welcome.
We have also recently opened a saddlery and horse tack shop onsite which can be accessed by clicking on the saddlery link above. We stock names such as Shires, Supreme, Rhinegold, Harry Hall, Heritage amongst many more and what we think are unbeatable prices.
